Does it matter which webhost I use?
We’ll be happy to work with just about any web hosting provider you’ve chosen. If you’re looking for a quality web host, we recommend SiteGround to the majority of our clients but can make some recommendations based on your exact needs and our experience.
Do you give any discounts if I want you to manage more than one site?
Most definitely! Sign up for the first site and contact us upon account setup regarding the other websites you would like to cover with our service.
Can I change my plan after signup?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. And if you change service plans before the end of a billing cycle, we’ll prorate the monthly amount.
How do I cancel?
Just send us a request through this website or by email and we’ll cancel the service. Although we really hope that doesn’t happen.
How do I get my login information to you?
Once service is setup, we’ll contact you within 24-hours to get the required login information.
How many support requests can I submit each month?
You can ask us as many questions as you’d like, and if your request is covered by your site management plan, then we’ll take care of it right away. There’s no limit to the number of tasks we perform as long as it’s covered by your monthly plan. Sometimes we’ll refer you to an article, or just send you a quick answer of our own for times when you have a question. If your support request isn’t covered by your plan, we’re happy to give you an estimate for completing the work you need done, or can quickly upgrade you to a higher plan. In short, send us a note whenever you think we can make your life easier.
Do you offer web hosting?
We can. But we don’t. We prefer to keep our focus on being your WordPress support team. We will work closely with the webhost of your choice to make sure your site is operating at a high level. If you do need web hosting, we recommend SiteGround.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. After signup, cards are auto-charged each month on a recurring basis until you decide to cancel or upgrade your plan.
Am I locked into a contract?
Nope. We believe in earning your business month after month and you can upgrade or downgrade your service at any time. Cancellation can occur at anytime after your first 2 months (60 days) of service. You’re never required to stay with us – in fact, we’d prefer you have the option to leave if you’re unhappy with our service and give us feedback on how we can serve you better.
What's your refund policy?
For month-to-month services, refunds are prorated for the remaining time left in the month. Annual maintenance plans canceled before end of one-year term revert to standard monthly rate and prorated based on time remaining.
What happens if a plugin or theme update breaks my site?
The simple answer is… we fix it. We go out of our way to ensure compatibility before we update plugins, themes, or WordPress versions, but sometimes the results of an update are unexpected and things break. In those rare scenarios, we quickly repair the issue (generally roll back to a previous version) and then contact the plugin or theme author so they can work on patching the issue.
Does it stop/prevent all hacks?
Simple answer is No. Using best practices does everything possible to prevent attacks/keep your site from being hacked, but it does not completely prevent it. This is why on-going updates are essential so any security holes can be closed.
What if I don't need monthly support?
When someone likes to manage their own WordPress sites and just needs help configuring a plugin, moving a website to a new web host, or cleaning up a hacked website, our services are available a la carte.
