Our goal is to make you comfortable working with us, even if you’ve never used professional creative services before. And, of course, your 100% satisfaction. To meet those goals we like to explain what you can expect from us, right up front.
This is a general guideline to familiarize yourself with our process. Individual projects may vary depending on the time-line and scope of work to be completed.
Sample Project Process
Award Project
50% deposit of the total estimated project fee is due upon project confirmation.
Project Research
We work with you to gather and organize information about your company, communications objectives, expectations and goals.
Creative Exploration
We will create and present to you 2-3 initial concepts/design options for your review (actual number of designs may vary depending on project scope).
Creative Evaluation
Based upon your comments and suggestions, we will work as a collaborative team to finalize an appropriate and professional solution.
Creative Execution
Upon approval of design direction, concept/design is then finalized into the desired medium.
Testing: (web design only)
We will upload your site to our servers for beta testing — finalization of links, copy and graphics. Your site remains private until the process is complete.
Project Approval
Upon final project approval, any outstanding additional costs are due, prior to our releasing the final files to the Client, publication, or uploading website files to your server.
Posting: (web design only)
Your site will be uploaded to appropriate servers and “go live.”
Project Delivery
Final, approved materials; native digital layouts, images, fonts, and (if required) hard-copy mechanical art and prepress service sheet will be delivered to you or your selected vendor via e-mail or FTP transfer.
Digital Archive
All final production files for your project are digitally archived to a cross-platform CD or DVD along with corresponding file index.
Payment Schedules
Design Projects
- 50% deposit upon project confirmation
- 30% upon presentation of design options
- 20% upon approval of final design or 30 days from project start, whichever comes first
Consulting
- Please refer to our business consulting packages and pricing.
Web Development Projects
- 50% deposit upon project confirmation
- 30% upon presentation of design options
- 10% upon approval of Live Home Page coding
- 10% upon approval of completed website or 60 days from project start, whichever comes first
Writing Projects
- Our policy for writing services is to receive full payment in advance.
Payment Options
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept POs or invoices to be paid at a later date. You will receive a “PAID” invoice notification each time a payment is completed.
