Copywriting Project Process

Our goal is to make you comfortable working with us, even if you've never used professional creative services before. And, of course, your 100% satisfaction. To meet those goals we like to explain what you can expect from us, right up front.

We work with you to gather and organize information about your company, communications objectives, expectations and goals. We will then review the Creative Strategy Questionnaire to focus these objectives into a strategic direction.

Based on the materials and information you provide, we will develop and provide an initial rough draft.

You review the 1st draft and, if required, provide us with your comments and suggestions for improvements.

Based upon your direction and input, a 2nd draft will be provided.

Should additional rewrites be needed, a 3rd and final draft will then be provided for you. Naturally, this assumes there is no change in the assignment itself after 1st draft of copy has been submitted.

All final and approved copy will be delivered electronically via e-mail. If the contents of the material is sensitive, confidential, or proprietary, for an additional fee you may request to have material digitally archived to CD-ROM and delivered via the transportation method of your preference.

Our standard policy for copywriting projects is a 70% deposit with the remaining 30% due upon final approval.
