Creating a digital letterhead template is a process in which we convert your original, hard-copy business letterhead or digital PDF conterpart into a Microsoft Word Template. Letterhead templates save you time and money by allowing you to print letters and business correspondence on-demand.

	Office Memo
	Fax Cover Sheet
	Templates provided in Microsoft Word .DOT format.

Design or Conversion?

	Letterhead will need to be designed AND created as digital template.
	Letterhead design already exists. Please quote for conversion only. (please see below)
	If known, please list the Font(s) used in your original letterhead.

What format will you provide your logo?

	Logo will be supplied in vector-based .EPS or .AI format
	Logo provided in .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, or .PDF format (minimum 150 dpi at 100% size)
	No logo exists. Please include cost for logo design services.

Conversion Only: In order to provide an accurate estimate, we will need to review your current letterhead design. Please upload a sample of your letterhead so we may determine the exact scope of work that needs to be competed.
