Company Overview
Kristof Creative is a Nashville, TN based creative gene pool with satellite resources throughout the United States and abroad.
Welcome to the Gene Pool.
We’ve developed a highly skilled and highly specialized roster of individuals with a broad range of creative skills. Essentially, a creative “SWAT Team” with skill sets and experience perfectly matched to each individual project. You get the expertise your project requires, and pay only for the work you need. It’s no wonder our clients rave about our work.
As a creative advertising design, marketing, social media and web design agency, we’ve created our share of award winning work; print ads, TV commercials, business brochures and logos–not to mention some pretty cool and effective packaging designs.
Bottom line: we’re here to help your business make more money.

Dedicated Leadership
This ship doesn’t steer itself (although sometimes we wish it did). And the main person at the helm is Michael Kristof. And don’t worry if you start calling him “Kristof” because after awhile, everyone does. Seems after 20 years in the advertising, design, and marketing business he understands that being memorable is good thing–even if it means going by your last name.
There is, however, one thing Michael doesn’t compromise on; how the ship should be steered. It’s steered by the belief that
- Clients are to be treated with respect, and creative’s given the same consideration.
- If we’re truly working with someone, then “partner” is a more fitting descriptor than “client”.
- Creative’s should not only be willing, but honored, to sign the work they create. Because if they’re not willing to showcase it to the world, then they definitely shouldn’t present it to a client.
- If the work product doesn’t align with the strategy, then the work needs to be rethought and, if need be, trashed and started over from scratch.
- Emails are a necessary evil. Although they facilitate quick communication, more times than not, they are misinterpreted. Nothing can take the place of a face-to-face discussion.
- Honesty, character, loyalty and integrity are traits we look for in every team member.
- Everyone gets paid on-time.
